New Investment Property Tour

This is standing at the entrance of the home.  If you turn right you have the option to go upstairs (which you can see) or use the half bath, which is directly in front of the stairs.  If you go straight you will go into the living room, have access to the garage or the coat closet.  If you turn left you will enter the dining room and kitchen.  We will turn left first.

 This picture is standing in where you would put the dining room table.  The kitchen looks out over the family room but to access the family room you have to go back out to entrance way.

Back at the entry way if you turn right and then right again, you will be in the half bath, which is below.

 At the top of the stairs you can go left or right.  If you go right you will enter the loft.  Taking the left will lead you to the laundry closet, guest bedroom and master bedroom.

This picture is from the stair landing facing left.  You can see the laundry closet.  If you turn right at the wash closet you will go into the guest bedroom.  If you turn left you head into the master bedroom.
